Happy Venus Cazimi! Venus meets the heart of the Sun tonight, October 23 2026, at 11:44 PM EST. From this point on, She will reappear as the Morning Star - Venus Phosphorus, The Light Bringer.
While Venus as Evening Star is concerned with pleasure, beauty and harmony, Venus as Morning Star is concerned with Justice.
Justice for women!
Justice for children!
Justice for Queer folks!
Justice for all those oppressed and discounted by the Patriarchy!
Note that in the Justice card from the RWS deck, her eyes are not blindfolded - they are wide open.
May this day spark a fire in our hearts, inspiring the wisdom, passion and action we need to burn this corrupt system to the ground, and to build a new system which honors all of life and places the most vulnerable at the center of care.
So mote it be!
